Alabamians in the Snow

This is what we do down South when it SNOWS.  Northerners, please don't judge :)

We start by playing in the nude.  Because only in the South does it start warm enough to be nude one hour, then snow the next :)

We then move on to reading in the nude.

Followed by singing in the nude.

Next onto daily routines. Maybe he'll soon learn that the potty should come before the scale :)

We then put our make-up on.  Must look our best for Snow.

We then put on soo many layers of clothes, we make it IMPOSSIBLE to move.

And then go for a walk.

Come in for a break.  AKA Defrosting.

Then right back out for More.

Finished with Hot Chocolate and Chapstick.  The perfect combo for this weather.

Apparently they don't make snow-capturing cameras here in Alabama.  No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't get it to look like it was actually snowing.  Not even using my "snow" setting.  Promise you it really was.

1 hour later....

Any camera could capture this amount.  Check it OUT :)

Enough snow to get redressed for more fun :)

Seriously, how can you deny this curiosity???

Of course, having Dada throw snowballs at ya doesn't help!!!

But before we do anything, we MUST clean up Dada's mess :)

And again....we're off!!!!

What started off as innocent fun.....

Quickly turned into a snowball war!!! (i must note the follow thru on this kid...the bottom two pictures make my heart proud!!!!)

Before I knew it...they were plotting together to get Mama :)

(I guess they think I'm foolish enough to stay outside)
