Baptism and Bath

November 2, 2013 was a very special day for us.  It was the day that Luna Diane Marie (her saint name) Lang put on Christ.  The day was perfect but crazy!  I'm soo super proud of my sweet girl!

Her Godparents are my sister Marie, brother in law Brian, and brother Michael. She is truly one Blessed girl!

Then we held a dinner at my sister's house. Totally forgot to picture the fabulous dinner.  We had grilled chicken, shrimp, roasted potatoes, mixed veggies, salad and bread.  Also forgot to photograph people :) Obviously, didn't forget to photograph the desserts!

Luna isn't allowed to bathe for 3 days after her Baptism.  Then her Godparents come over and wash the Holy oils from her body.  The water from the bath is then discarded in a place that will not be stepped on or where you want things to grow.  Uncle Mike was already back in Cali for this :(.
